Here are the dates of forthcoming events. Some are members' events and invitations will be sent out beforehand, but please make a note of the dates in your diary now.

Friday 9th May - Monday 12th May 2008 - Official Visit from Itteville

This is the highlight of the Twinning year. Our friends from Itteville will be visiting us for the weekend. We have an exciting programme of events planned and good weather has been arranged (!). Watch this space for a report soon.

Sunday 29th June 2008 - Café René

Yes, once again, René, Mimi and the gang will be making an appearance on The Green in the morning, serving coffee, croissants and soft drinks. This is all part of the Village Society's Garden Open Day, which will bring a large number of people to the village and should be an excellent day all-round.

Sunday 13th July 2008 - Summer Buffet Lunch

This year, our Summer Buffet will be held in Malcolm and Marilyn's lovely garden at Cuttings. We will be serving a cold buffet lunch, followed by desserts. We provide the food and tables, but bring your own chairs, drinks and glasses. Hopefully, the weather will be kind as it was last year, and we will enjoy good food and company in the sunshine.

Sunday 24th August 2008 - Village Fun Day

Twinning will be participating in this day organised by the Parish Council. Details to be announced soon.
